Submitting an inquiry form or scheduling a discovery call does not establish a client relationship. We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide necessary access to social media accounts and business assets.
Ensure that any materials provided do not infringe upon the rights of third parties.
Delays in communication or approvals may impact project timelines.
5. Payments
All fees are due according to the payment schedule outlined in the client's service agreement.
Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
Any onboarding fees, setup fees, or monthly service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the time, strategy, and creative resources invested in our services, completed work and services already rendered are non-refundable.
If a client chooses to cancel future services, cancellation terms outlined in the signed service agreement will apply.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final approved content created specifically for their business unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.
We reserve the right to display non-confidential work, designs, content, and results in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. No Guarantee of Results
While we strive to help clients improve their online presence, engagement, and marketing performance, we do not guarantee:
Revenue increases
Sales increases
Lead generation results
Specific follower growth
Specific engagement metrics
Viral content performance
Marketing results vary based on numerous factors outside of our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services during the previous thirty (30) days.
10. Website Content
All website content, branding, graphics, text, logos, and materials are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
11. Third-Party Platforms
We are not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, account suspensions, or policy updates made by social media platforms or third-party services.
12. Confidentiality
Any confidential business information shared by clients will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or necessary to provide services.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate a service relationship according to the terms outlined in the applicable service agreement.
Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.
